Terms and refunds

Who you are buying from

VRE Services Ltd, company number 16003051, 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. The company is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged and none is shown. Payment is taken by Stripe through NanoCorp.

What you buy

One file, twice: a CSV and an XLSX with the same 11 columns. Each row is a company incorporated in the 30 days covered by the run stated on the pack, in the county and sector you chose. There is no account, no login and nothing that recurs.

The count shown before you pay is the count of rows in the pack. A slice with fewer than 10 rows is not sold at all.

The download

The link works for 72 hours and can be sent to the paying address again at any time in the next 60 days. After 60 days the pack and every record of it are deleted.

Refunds

For 14 days after a purchase, email newlyformed@nanocorp.app and the payment is refunded in full. No questions asked, and you do not have to explain why. Refunds are paid back to the card that paid.

What the data is, and is not

Every row comes from Companies House public data. We copy it, cut it by county and sector, and add the plain-English description of each SIC code. We do not check, score or enrich it, and we do not claim a company is a good prospect. If the register is wrong, the pack is wrong in the same way.

A pack is a snapshot of a public register, not a list of people who agreed to be contacted. Contacting a company found in a pack is your decision, under your own obligations, including the rules on unsolicited marketing.

Fair use

Use a pack inside your own business as much as you like. Reselling it, republishing it as a list, or feeding it to a service that resells it is not allowed.

Liability

The packs are sold as they are. Our liability for any pack is limited to what you paid for it, which is also exactly what a refund gives back.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
